I meke format to my playr end now when i swich it on is ask me to "reinstal F/W" dont know what to do :(

I also have teh same problem and when I look what's on teh CD there is only a program for uppdating the firware and instruction book on different languages...

Where do I find software to reinstall the firmware?

I ve just got one , really cheap.
The trick to reinstall the firmware is to install the restore program on your PC first, then hit the mp3 with it.
It worked for me!
