error message EA?

After defrosting the the pipe and emptying the small grey resovoir i'm still getting the "EA" message , is there anything else i should be doing ? does the Error message clear itself ? or do you have to reset the boiler ? if so how?any ideas would be appreciated ,
I've got a Greenstar HE if that helps
