Mend Snapper Replacing Riding Mower

Replacing Axle on Snapper Comet Riding Mower?

One of the bushings (left) needs replacing AND the axle broke when the left bushing allowed the axle to cut into the frame of the mower.

What do i need to remove to get the axle off the mower?
Any diagrams or instructions will be greatly appreciated.
