Is your engine well tuned? Even with the silent blocks dead (they hold the engine in place) it shouldn't move excessively at idle. Ask somebody to accelerate the engine while you look at it. If it moves a lot upon accelerating then one or several silent blocks are either shot or not tight enough. On the contrary, if the engine moves only slightly, they are O.K. Then check your spark plugs,wires etc. Fine tune your engine.

could be that the bolts that hold the enigne to the mounting bracket have sheared off -this happeed to me VERY DANGEROUS get a mechanic to look at it asap
