hi can some one tell me how i can sort my spiderbox hd7000 it says scrambled channel now

Try the boxer fix from the alsat.co.uk forum. factory reset then upgrade to boxer firmware then factory reset then reload your channels also very important to make sure you have a static ip address sorted for spiderbox
