lights flashing on a ctd40?

hi thanks to this site i reset my thermostat but now have a problem with the condenser. it keeps blocking up and making 3 lights flash on front panel i clean it out and notice at the back where it sits just fills with water, i still get some water in the top water draw so dont think its the pump. but now today i have the on/off light and the first four out of five lights flash on the function buttons. is this to do with the water pump/reservoir
