Mend Accenta House Fine Upstairs

Accenta alarm?

Hi, my alarm system on the house just out of the blue went off whilst I was in the house. I input my code to stop it, which was fine, but now when i want to put my alarm on to go out or go upstairs at night, i input the code but it doesn't respond. The tamper light is on. Could you help please
