greenstar 24i junior / 28i junior?

Hi, I am having the same issue that alot of the porple on here seem be be having, the reset button on my boiler is flashing, when i press and hold the reset button the boiler makes some encouraging noises as though it is about to leap back to life, alass about a minute later it will settle back down into its red flashing light slumber! the pressure gague isnt quite at 0 but its in the red. iv had a mess around with the gagues but when i do the pressure only seems to go down! im far too scared to play with the gas one. Please can you tell me what i need to do to get my house warm again!
