Mend Samsung ER-420M Connecting Connect

connecting a samsung till and metrologic scanner?

Hi I have a Samsung ER-420M and a metrologic MS5145 which where connected fine before we tried top connect our pc. Some how it has reset the ports and i need to know the settings so i can reconnect them please can you advise
