may have frozen water supply to washer
check machine not been pushed back to far to pinch pipe
check for a twisted inlet fill pipe
check that water pipe inlet filter screens are clear,
check for a sluggish inlet solenoid valve.
the machine is not filling in a specific time due to any of the above faults, so flags up the H20 = WATER fault
