how do I ignite my greenstar 24i Junior Worcester boiler please?

the heating and hot water has just gone off and the boiler reset red button is flashing and the blue control panel light button is flashing blue and the bolier wont ignite. The white pipe doesnt have ice on and we've tried pouring hot water on just in case and the therostat doesnt have batteries please help!!!
