how to chill my fridge?

Hi, could anyone pls help me my electrolux 6ft fridge isnt chilling.. i have tried everything i could possibly do..turned to thermostat up and down ova a week.. changed the fuse in plug. switched it off for 24 hrs and turned it bk on..im at my wits end and the company havent helped at all.. pls help
