how can I open the door on my jlwm1203?

stuck with 1 min is usually a door interlock fault
E20 is a no drain issue and could be related to the filter at the bottom right or something frozen up if its in a cold area.remove filter and check with a torch that the impeller rotates freely and isn't jammed
turn the appliance off at the wall and wait 5 min.with the palm of your hand hit the door around the handle area 3 or 4 times and then try opening the door.if this releases the door the door lock is at fault and needs changing
