why wont boiler turn off?

my 831 is 5 years old its had a new pump after just over 2 years old now its had a new pressure sensor (f75) again also fitted new diverter actuator electric bit not the valve part yet. My prob is now boiler wont turn off but heating and hot water are not up to temp and both are turned to the max.HELP
