Vue twin tuner hd set top box?

I had a similar problem. Extreme pixcelation, low signal strength jumping etc. On another forum they suggested a blown capacitor on the power board ( small board RHS) sure enough the top of one capacitor was bulging replaced it with an identical one from Jaycar. A little bit of soldering and it was done in 10 mins. Total cost 81 cents Hope this helps
