Mend Glow-worm 30CI Heating Thermostat Temperature

glow worm 30ci - re set thermostat?

I have read very helpful advice on how to do this but can't find the damn button to press! The picture in my manual looks nothing like the boiler. It shows a white knob whereas the advice says 2 black prongs with a red knob between them??? Staring at the inner workings of my boiler hoping the button will magically appear is not working! Slowly going insane and freezing!

Update - Rang Glow worm at 60p per minute. They say I can't press this button myself as it's in the inner workings of the boiler - no wonder I've spent 3 fruitless hours trying to find it!

depeding on age of boiler it may be inside the combustion chamber on the right hand side. it will be on a small round black thermostat which will have 2 wires coming off of it and a small red button in the centre of it. this should be done by a qualified engineer as you need to disturb the combustion seal, and you should have them investiagte the cause of the overheating.
