Mend Creda 48341 Temperature Knob Fix

how can I fix my creda solarglo concept 48341 knob dials stuck?

one of the knob dials is stuck on 4-5 and the cooker dial sometimes moves but is never showing the correct temp, is there a way of accessing the dials to see if they can be fixed so they move to the correct temp when the knob is turned
