Mend Worcester Bosch 28CDi Boiler Hot Steam

how can i fix boiler, worcester bosch , 28cdi?

my boiler wont start up , i was running hot water , then it stopped . went to look at the boiler , there was no water in it , the mrs said it had steam coming out of the top of the boiler . don't know whether it's boiled dry or the curcuit board has gone.
