How can I fix my Ariston AFA 250 dishwasher ?

I have a Ariston AFA 250 dishwasher and it starts the cycle I can hear the water going in then the first 2 lights come on and there is water in the bottom of the washer. I have emptied the water started it again and the same thing has happend please help dont know if it has a filter Thank You
