Mend Kenmore HD Series 70 Washer Rinse Cycle Water

rinse cycle is just trikleing water takes for ever to fill?

We have a Kenmore HD Series 70 Washer. When it goes to the rinse cycle. The water just trickles in and take hours to fill. I took the hose fittings off the washer and clean the screens and plunger devices. After reassemle we are still having the same problem. How would I solve this problem?
