I have a worcester 230 Combi - the pilot won't light?

I have a worcester 230 Combi - the pilot won't light - everything else seems to be activating with water flow - no spark or sound of one - tried to light the pilot manually - no gas to pilot it seems!

It sounds like a thermocouple needs replacing. Gas is a dangerous thing, I always feel its better to have these jobs done profesionaly, otherwise you could end up in court on a manslaughter charge. It's not a big job less than an hour and the engineer should test all of your gas system for soundness
