my beko wma510w washing machine doesnt fill with water and it just spins?

my machine wont fill with water, it just spins when i turn it on, i have had it on for 20 mins and it just keeps spinning no matter what setting i put it on, i have also checked to make sure that the water is turned on, and the pipes are not blocked. please help

when you say spin does it spin flat out constant or spin flat out then stop and repeat?.If it is the latter then the pcb is broken and needs replacing
