worcester 24i junior boiler HELP?

I hasve a Worcester 24I boiler. I have no hot water or central heating at all. There is a RED light that is continuously flashing. the pressure reading in the pressure gauge was at zero, i have since opened the water taps to provide the correct pressure reading on the gauge and it is maintaining pressure but still no hot water . CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?
