i have tritont80si pump shower?

does it need to be fitted to the mains supply or the resovior? there is no water coming out the from the shower

the shower should be fitted to the mains the shower is fitted with a flow restrictor which does what it says on the tin you will need a compresion fitting to connect the shower to the pipework
