Mend Pentax Optio M20 Load Usb Port

Can't load pictures into PC?

I have a Pentax Optio M20. When I attached my cord into my USB port, nothing comes on the screen allowing me to download my pictures into my computer. It always has worked before. Could I have the camera in the wrong setting?
