how do i fix a blocked toilet?

Possibly Lottie, but firstly try the old fashioned method of clearing a blocked toilet. Take a mop, have plenty of water in the toilet pan and plunge it vigourously with the mop. (be careful not to push to hard around the neck of the bend,)
