How do I fix my heating?

Hello,

I have a Citroen C5 2 liter Diesel 2004 and the heating has stopped working. Neither hot or cold air appears to work. When I first start the car the Eco light comes on as does the bars on the heating fan but I can't hear the heating motor.

Soon after the Eco light turns off and will not come back on and the fans go to zero.

The rear heating light makes a clicking noise which appears to come towards the front passenger side.

The front heated window button appears to make a rattling noise from within the console.

The air circulation button also makes a similar noise but nearer the engine.

The fan operation does nothing.
