Ford Focus C-Max Heater Blower not working?

I have an 06 C-Max and the wipers had blown the fuse due to the freezing weather. I dropped the fuse box as stated in the manual and replaced the fuse.. now the heater blower doesn't work.. I'm sure this was working before.. I have checked the fuses but I can not find one for the heater blower..

anyone any ideas.. please..

Took my daughter to school this morning wrapped up like an eskimoooo ..
