Every time I turn on the machine it starts spinning very fast no matter what program is seclected!

i have an error code 5 on my washing machine can u tell me what this means

Not draining - Check filter at bottom of machine (under cover at bot right side), check drain hose not kinked or blocked.
The program determines that the machine has 4 minutes to drain, and it has failed this check.
