kenmore heavyduty /2way tumble action?

my washermachine was on final spin cycle and it got really really loud. then it kinda made a hard loud bang when it came to a stop. It still works but it sounds like its maybe off balance. but im not sure. Can u give me your advice on what 2 do please?
