Hotpoint CTD40P Lights flashing, won't dry clothes. Please help???????

Hi

My hotpoint CTD40P condenser dryer won't dry the clothes. After running a cycle, the on/off button, the high heat button and the time delay button all flash. The clothes inside the drum are still wet and no water is being collected.

Any ideas???? Please help
