thermostats for Jackson Canterbury 28311?

How do replace thermostats for upper and lower ovens on a Jackson Canterbury model 28311?

Control panel lights up but oven temperature light shows intermittently i.e. does not show when first switched on and before reaching temperature. Leave it a while and Hey presto! the oven heats up.
