Hotpoint Aquarius Fill Problem?

I have an Hotpoint Aquarius 540P the machine is showing the H20 sign but I have checked and their is no issue with the water as I have taken off the pipe and it is fine

Thanks Wirecutter man I think it is the inlet valve as I have the machine pulled out so the pipes aren't kinked.

if you have tested that you definitely have a good water supply, and that washer inlet screen filters are clean try machine again but don't push it back as far you may be twisting/kinking the supply pipe ,if no different need to check cold water inlet valve.
