my beko dwd4310w will not turn on?

my beko dwd4310w will not turn on i have checked the plug fuse and nothing but dunno how to remove the back and dont wanna brake it any ideas

there is no back to remove??
control pcb and on/off switch is in the fascia panel.remove the screws around he edge to remove the control panel.on/off switch could be faulty?.make sure the socket you are plugging in to works by connecting something else to it
