Mend Panasonic SA-PT460 Stuck Clicking Sound

panasonic sapt460 tray stuck?

The tray in my Panasonic sapt460 wil not open.It makes a clicking sound as if it is trying to open but nothing happens.I have taken a look inside but cant see anything move when I try to operate it. HELP!
