Can you empty the filter in hotpoint wf620 washing machines?

Since. There is no filter on the front of the machines is there a way of emptying them ? My machine sometimes has water left in it and I have done maintenance washes also soda chrystals.I have been using those colour catchers in it and maybe they have got stuck in the filter

It is more than likely colour catcher sheets - this happened me before so I now put them in washing bags. It is an internal filter a hotpoint engineer fixed mine last time.
