washer keeps blowing rcd?

i took back off hotpoint ultima 1200 too clear 2p and 1p coins from sump pipe ,.put back on and turned on to check ,it blew LCD tried again and after couple of mins blew again . can,t find any disturbance to earth please help it,s driving me insane
