On one of my hot zones the "H" indicator (for residual heat) remain on all the time even when the hob is not being used. In addition the hob cooling fan comes on nearly all the time. I think the two faults are related as whatever is measuring the temperature of the zone is giving a false reading and the fan is coming on to try to cool it. Can this be fixed and how?
