water won't drain need to clean out pump?

Hi,
Sounds like your pump has jammed either because it's got something stuck in it e.g. coins etc..., or the pump has failed.
If it's jammed, you'll need to remove whatever is causing the jam. There is normally an access point on the front of the machine to allow this as it's so common.
If the pump has failed, which you'll find out after you've cleaned the pump out, you'll need a new or reconditioned pump. They're not normally expensive (depending on the model) and generally not too difficult to fit if you are reasonably able and have some basic tools.
