Presumably you seek wall mounted light fittings each with its own individual pull cord on/off switch.
I have had these in the past and have found the small micro switch to be unreliable.
You may be able to buy lights and fit your own micro switches but it would require minor engineering - hole drilling - switch mounting - rewiring. Then you will have the problem of possible switch failure - they are not as robust as regular light switches.
Finding the space inside the new wall lights to fit an internal switch may be an issue for you. Then finding the right switch - it will need to be rated for mains voltage and have a lever arm operation for the cord to attach to.
You will need to buy sub miniature - lever arm - latching - (pull on / pull off) micro switch rated for 230V (115V US) - a rare beast
You might consider using the switches from the old wall lamps.
