Mend Danfoss TRV Remove Allen Key

How do I remove old Danfoss TRV?

My old Danfoss TRV is stuck and I can't remove because it is secured by Allen key at the collar and this is corroded - correct size Allen just turns round. Any ideas to loosen collar or will I have to break it off?
