tricity bendix condensor wont heat up... i have already put in a new element with stats and it is still the same! any other stats in the machine that i dont know about?

yes there is a stat inside the drum.hold a mirror inside the drum and look up at the top behind the door.key shaped bit held on with 2 screws it's behind there.should be a circuit through it when cold on all terminals.common issue for no heat!
