Front window, drivers side?

When I saw your posting, I thought to myself " I wonder if that's a Renault", low and behold, it is. If its starting to go wrong after only 15,000 miles, as the mileage goes up repair costs will surely follow, get rid of it. If you look on this site you will see that an awful lot of postings are about Renaults. I agree with Nigel. Renaults are crap

Speak to Renault customer service as a previous poster on here got their window motor replaced under warranty! they seem to be covering cars upto seven years old now!!!, I think it's their admission that they make crap cars!!

check the wiring through the drivers door aperature water ingresscan cause corrosion to terminals. check drivers door window switches they can get water ingress and corrode there should be a water proof cover. if they are ok then remove drivers door trim and disconnect connector onto motor if when you reconnect it the window works the you need to tighten up terminals on connector if it still doesnt work check fuses or possibily could be motor
