Ribbon cable on motherboard?

I am reassembling an HP Pavilion dv6809 and require assistance to reconnect two ribbon cables KOTL E220709 80C 60V VW-1 to the clips b(cannot open). Also, 2-3 prongs are torn - do i need to replace? Thanks in advance for your help!
