peal the outer door clip of just pull outwards at the bottomthen pull thee inner lip of thee seal on the innerpart and pull off bringing the inner securing spring with it

watch youtube video for AEG door gasket replacement.Same technique applies to yours but I will say they are a pain to do 1st time and lots of people give up after trying to fit one!
