Mend Nextar MA794-20S Year Worked Fine

How can I fix my Nextar MA794-20S?

I've had my Nextar MA794-20S since Christmas of last year, and it worked fine until I accidentally pressed format. Now my computer doesn't recognize it and when I charge it, it can't be turned off. All it does when it's on is show ''NEXTAR'' until the power runs out. What do I do?
