Mend Glowworm Swiftflow 80 Boiler Heating Temperature

Glowworm swiftflow 80 hot water?

whenever I turn on the hot water tap the water runs very hot for about 45 secs and then becomes tepid. What is wrong?

Having similar problem with ours , our boiler needs replacing as it is not viable to fix, too costly. boiler 15 years old,
much more efficient condensing combi boilers available.
Going for Worcester Bosch.
