Mend Potterton Heating Thermostat

potterton will any body answer ?

10/16 works from cold heats to thermostat
cuts out on thermostat.when hot.
While rads still hot pump starts heater does not ignite
turn stat to zero to stop pump running
when cold reset stat heater ignites
plumber no idea call me back when not working at all
help
