how to fix canon ir1600?

copier did have paper stuck first that said papper jam now it is clear but still comes up with system error e100 thank you.

Chances are you have broken off the laser shutter tab on the drum cartridge, this is found on the left hand rear upper corner of the drum and is easily broken. If you remove the drum you will be able to see where it happen snapped off, the only real fix is to replace the drum but you can cheat the shutter as a temp fix
