Mend Scandinova Fridge Freezer Bottom Freezing

scandinova fridge freezer ?

i have a scandinova fridge freezer. the freezer at the bottom has 4 drawes the bottom two draws is still freezing things but the things in the top two draws is not freezing any ideas why. i've tried turning temps up and down but does not make any difference thanks
